Product Launch: cbdMD Broad Spectrum CBD, Full Spectrum CBD, and Delta-9 THC Product Line Extension
Details: Directed and launched over 55 SKUs of new products.
Experience:  Lead betas and product roll-outs end-to-end, including target market identification, operational readiness, campaign planning, execution, and customer feedback collection. Optimized flows with Lab and Procurement teams to produce impactful materials including messaging/positioning, product pitch decks, and solutions-focused communications. Identified future B2C opportunities, defined a product road map, and managed cross departmental functional integration between Lab, Procurement, CS, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other teams.

Product Launch: cbdMD's International CBD Product Line: cbdMD Pro
Details: Directed and aided in the launch of an entire new CBD brand, cbdMD Pro Line, that launched specifically in Japan.
Experience:  Facilitated and organized cross-department communication between Lab, Procurement, CS, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other teams. Oversaw product roll-outs end-to-end, including target market identification, operational readiness, campaign planning, execution, and customer feedback collection. Optimized flows with marketing team to produce impactful materials including packaging, printed marketing collateral, and brand identity videos.

Product Launch: Lucky Dog Bark and Brew Launches Carrying cbdMD Pet Products​
Details: Lucky Dog Bark and Brew began carrying cbdMD's pet line of products in all of their locations
​Information: cbdMD was the premier sponsor of Lucky Dog's Third Year Anniversary Party and kicked off the party with promoting Lucky Dog now carrying CBD products for pets
Experience: Leader in the creation, planning, and execution of this cbdMD / Lucky Dog. Performed duties of the marketing and events manager at this event that showcased cbdMD, their products, gaining ROI through collecting emails, and educating the masses about CBD products, and gaining a new target market/audience.

Product Launch: MyOrthodontist Virtual Treatment 
Details: During my position as Marketing Director at Lineberger Orthodontics, I created, planned, and executed a nearly complete virtual treatment for patients. 
Information: Virtual consultation and near total virtual treatments were aimed to launch the Lineberger practices into a competitive space. Also, due to the setbacks from COVID19, I aimed to pivot our outreach to patients. This allowed for us to maintain relationships and gain new patients, while our practices were closed. 
Execution: We marketed this new capability first through a set of e-blasts to our existing patients, then launched on our website which was promoted heavily on Google and Facebook ads as well as our personal social media pages.

Marketing Campaigns

Project: Lineberger Orthodontics
Details: During my position as Marketing Director at Lineberger Orthodontics, I created, planned, and execute several marketing strategies for three practices.
Information: These strategies were aimed to develop and enhance the brand identity and customer loyalty, increase and create patient referral channels, and drive patient flow into the Lineberger offices.
Execution: I chose to marketing Lineberger Orthodontics heavily through social media campaigns focusing on unique, on brand graphics while also generating a greater following.

Project: MapAnything - Social Media Campaign
Details: Design a social media campaign that focuses on promoting the MapAnything brand. Use the organizations images, logos, assets and fonts to design the campaign. Utilize brand consistency, layout design and overall creativity.
​Information: Include the following: the following headline copy- "Understand where your business is, and where it needs to go."
Execution: I chose to advertise the social media campaign with a "What's Next?" theme for MapAnything. I created a simplistic and eye-catching design that would attract the attention of the viewer. The company colors are blue and white while the black and white showcases a professional element.

Details: Created and designed an Instagram Story sequence for Midheaven Denim
​Information: Kathryn, CEO and founder of Midheaven Denim, wanted to utilize graphics in her Instagram posts to promote her luxury denim label that focuses on jeans for tall women. I utilized the professional images and created eye-catching graphics to create these posts.
Execution: I chose to create graphics that displayed the meaning behind the brand in order to best showcase the label

Project: Argentinian Malbec Wine Label
Details: Created and designed a wine label for an Argentinian Malbec 
​Information: Malbecs originated in Mendoza, Argentina, so I utilized the geographical images and sophisticated taste of the wine to create this label
Execution: I chose to use graphics that portrayed dimension in order to best showcase the label

​Project: Power Exhibit - Defining Power Through Contemporary Art
Details: Create an exhibition proposal for an art gallery. Personally designed a concept and presentation for the theme "POWER" to be showcased at an art gallery as an exhibition event
​Information: This exhibition is devoted to the discovery and promotion of artists whose interpretation of power are inventive, thought-provoking, and display expertise in both skill and execution of their concept. By examining each artist and their works, the notion that the concept of power is relative to the individual is examined. The concept behind this exhibition is to reveal and discuss the varying ways in which individuals define and interpret power, beyond the initial sense of the word. Society is constantly at battle with power- influence of authority, power struggles, personal control, etc. The objective of this exhibition is to bring attention to the way in which power is defined while evoking emotional responses and deeper thinking in the presentation of each piece. The powerful nature of the images and the exhibition as a whole will be emphasized with earthy or grey scale tones. These muted tones allow for the powerful nature of the images and pieces showcased to remain as the primary focus of the exhibition.

​Project: Kevin Never Speaks Album Cover
Details: Created and designed an album cover for the reggae band Kevin Never Speaks in California
​Information: The band desired an up-font, in your face album cover that focused on the satire of social media 
Execution: I chose to use graphics that portrayed bright colors and a cartoon style to contrast the dark nature of the images portrayed in the piece
